Most of our products are shipped internationally and are expected to arrive to the US, Canada, and Australia within 10 - 21 days from the shipping date.

For fastest arrival, we will ship items as they become available. Items may arrive in separate shipments but will include a tracking number and order confirmation.

All orders will be processed between 3-7 days after payment is received. Orders placed and paid after 3pm on Friday to Sunday will be processed Monday - Wednesday the following week.

While we do not accept responsibility for delayed shipment due to customs regulations, contact us if your order does not arrive within 30 days of the shipping date at customerservice@princessunicorn.co for assistance. (If you are in the UK, please allow up to 40 days for international shipping.)

We will send you a tracking number after your order has been shipped via e-mail so that you'll know when your order will be arriving. Please contact us at customerservice@princessunicorn.co if you have any questions after placing your order!

We are happy to exchange unworn, new items within 7 days of receipt if the product is defective. Please refer to the size guide as we cannot accept returns except for items that are incorrect. We will issue a refund after we receive the item. Please contact customerservice@princessunicorn.co if you would like to begin a return!

If you are unsure about sizing, we generally recommend ordering a size up to accommodate your child's growth. Sizing charts are included in product pictures so that you can find your correct measurements before purchasing.
